Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using PatoHQ, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use PatoHQ on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business.

Your account and workspace

You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate business information.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse PatoHQ:

• No unlawful, fraudulent or harmful activity.
• No attempts to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service.
• No storing illegal content or infringing others' rights.
• No sharing access outside your agreed team seats.

Subscriptions, fees and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Pesapal, in your local currency where supported. Annual billing saves 15%. Your free trial requires no card. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.

Changes to plans

Upgrades apply immediately with a prorated charge for the rest of your cycle. Downgrades apply at the next renewal. When you hit a limit we explain it and show an upgrade path, we never break silently.

Intellectual property

PatoHQ, its design, and its software are owned by PatoHQ. You keep ownership of your own business data and content.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

We work hard to keep PatoHQ reliable, but we provide the service 'as is' and 'as available'. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. On termination you can export your data during the wind-down period.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you of material changes before they take effect.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uganda. Any disputes will be subject to the courts of Uganda.
