Free trial
Starting with PatoHQ is free and requires no card. Your trial gives you full access so you can decide whether PatoHQ fits your business.
Cancelling anytime
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing page. After cancelling, you keep full access until the end of the period you've already paid for, no surprise charges.
Refunds
If you believe you've been charged in error or double-charged, email us at [email protected] and we'll investigate and refund promptly where a billing error occurred.
No surprise charges
We only ever charge you for what you chose. Plan upgrades are prorated, downgrades apply at renewal, and we always tell you before a card is charged.
How to cancel
Go to Settings → Billing in PatoHQ, choose to cancel, and follow the prompts. If you need help, contact us and we'll handle it for you.

Product imagery and video are hosted on our own infrastructure at media.patohq.com. Selected stock footage is credited below.
